Paige LOVES horses, so she nearly turned inside out when her Mom and Dad gave her this beautifully hand tooled Modified Association for Christmas...they custom ordered it in advance and managed to keep it a secret right up until Christmas Eve...was she ever surprised! It has a combo floral/ Don Carlos border stamp job, complete with butterflys, a heart-shaped inlaid padded seat (elephant), and her name on the back of the cantle. The cable rigging is strong, but makes the saddle light and easy to handle. I really like to be part of these "special " gifts; it's nice to see such thoughtful and generous parents. I enjoy building fancy full floral tooled handmade saddles, but find just as much enjoyment in building a "Plain Jane" roughout saddle. I simply like to build cowboy saddles for people who will "put them to the test."
