 Les's Surprise(cowboy saddle by custom saddle maker) Shelly emailed me one day and asked if I would like to help surprise her husband on his 50th birthday... Boy are these fun to do! Although the stress of a hard and fast deadline can cause some anxiety, people's responses to such a thoughtful gift MORE than makes up for it! Shelly ordered him a Stockmen's Will James and we dolled it up pretty good with one of a kind flower stamping, dyed rawhide bindings, an an inlaid African elephant padded seat. It always does my heart good to see marriages like Les and Shelly's..... Need a little more information?

I enjoy building fancy full floral tooled handmade saddles, but find just as much enjoyment in building a "Plain Jane" roughout saddle. I simply like to build cowboy saddles for people who will "put them to the test."
